Raiden was an amazing host! He communicated effectively and made sure to accommodate us in any way he could. The place was very clean, tidy, up to date appliances, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Also was very easy to commute to work and other errands. I appreciate the welcomeness that you gave us. Your kindness means everything to us. Thank you again!

Very nice little place to stay at for the weekend. Was in a good area near a ton of restaurants and stores. Very comfy bed and nice shower.. Would recommend!

I had a great stay overall! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider staying again. The only issue I experienced was that the sink in the master bedroom was stopped up for most of my stay, but aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

I was in town to visit my husband in AIT. The home was a really short drive to Fort Gordon and near lots of stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. I felt right at home here! It had everything I needed and was very clean. Raiden always responded very quickly and was friendly. If we’re ever back in the Augusta area, we’d definitely book here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautiful and spacious. The kids and the dog enjoyed the big backyard as it was close to 80 degrees on Christmas. Raiden was an awesome host. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The pics don't do this home any justice! My family was very pleased with our stay!

This was my 2nd time booking with Raiden at a different location and have to say that my roommates and I felt right at home with the communication and instructions given. House was super clean just like at the 1st location and had basically everything we needed. Very comfortable place with comfortable clean beds.

The original Airbnb booking, when we arrived the Airbnb was not clean nor tidy. I reached out to Raiden and advised him of my level of uncomfortability and was actively looking a hotel room. This was on a Monday, the week of Thanksgiving. Raiden was able to put us in a another Airbnb that was about 7 to 10 minutes away from the original Airbnb. The new Airbnb was clean, neat, and tidy. The area was a lot more comfortable than the first Airbnb. Raiden was able to accommodate us to a new Airbnb with minimal disruption and we were able to continue on with our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay over the holiday. Host was responsive and helpful! The area is walkable for our dog which was a plus, and the small yard/patio was very convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable!

I clean Airbnb from time to time and For a location that is pet friendly, I was so happy to be somewhere where there wasn’t any pet hair anywhere. It is everything they tell you and more. Awesome location for my job and they were able to extend my stay at the last minute. I have told my family and friends about this place. I will come back!
